2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new clients. If you are not completely satisfied with our onboarding process, communication, or the initial setup of your campaign within the first 30 days of service, we will refund your first month's management fee in full.

Note: This applies to agency management fees only. Ad spend paid directly to platforms like Google or Facebook is non-refundable as it is paid to third parties.
3. Cancellations After the initial 30-day period, our services operate on a month-to-month basis (unless otherwise specified in your agreement).

4. Non-Refundable Situations Since our services involve human labor, expertise, and time, we generally do not offer refunds for:
