1. Introduction Welcome to Electro Power Marketing – Dental Division. By accessing our website or engaging our services (including SEO, Social Media Management, and Automation), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Services Provided Electro Power Marketing provides digital marketing services tailored for dental practices. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Local Ranking

  • Social Media Marketing & Management

  • Patient Reactivation Campaigns

  • Marketing Automation Implementation

 

3. Payments & Billing

  • Service Fees: Services are billed according to the specific plan or proposal agreed upon by the Client.

  • Recurring Billing: For ongoing monthly services (such as SEO or Social Media management), payments are due [e.g., on the 1st of every month].

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause or suspend services if payment is not received within [e.g., 7 days] of the due date.

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing a 30-day written notice to contact@electropowermarketingtech.com. This allows us to properly offboard your account and hand over assets.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital marketing services and labor costs, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered.

  • No "Download" Issues: Unlike digital products, our work is service-based. We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (e.g., Google or Facebook algorithm updates) but will work diligently to adapt strategies accordingly.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client owns the specific content (images, ad copy) created specifically for their practice.

  • Agency Materials: Electro Power Marketing retains ownership of our proprietary methods, automation funnels, and underlying strategies used to deliver results.

 

6. Limitation of Liability Electro Power Marketing works to achieve the best possible results for our clients. However, we cannot guarantee specific results (such as a specific number of new patients or #1 ranking on Google) as these depend on search engine algorithms and market conditions. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
